 Belkin Routers
Article If you own a Belkin brand router and are having issues with the TK6000/DUO's voice flow there are two solutions that may restore full functionality. Belkin brand routers by default have an internal firewall/security settings that block voice travel for different VoIP services.

Here are some steps to try to fix this issue via a work-around.

1) Login to your Belkin router interface
2) Go to the Belkin's firewall settings and look for the option labeled DMZ
3) Pick up your phone and dial *41, this will give out the TK6000's IP address (alternatively you can get the IP off your router's attached devices information)
4) Once you have the TK6000's IP (ex. 192.168.0.x) type this into the DMZ host/address
5) Save your options and unplug/replug your device from the power
6) Once the one ring comes through test functionality

If you continue to have the same issue you may have to connect your Tk6000/DUO to another router.
