 Called ID shows an odd number
Article In rare cases, your Tk6000 may have not arrived with a pre-assigned phone number. In such a case when making a call out, you will see your account ID number as the called ID. In order to correct the issue, go to your account portal and choose a phone number from the available list or contact tech support. (Please allow up to 24 hours for Called ID changes to take effect).
